Sign in with Apple fails
Sign in with Apple requires the device to be signed into iCloud. Check Settings → Apple ID on the device, then retry. If the flow errors mid-way, close the sheet and start again — a half-completed Apple sign-in can leave the session in a state the next attempt clears.
The email code never arrives
- Check spam and promotions folders first — one-time codes are exactly the shape of mail that gets filtered.
- Codes expire quickly. If a few minutes have passed, request a new one rather than hunting for the old one.
- Corporate and school mail servers sometimes delay or strip automated mail. If you can, use a personal address.
Signed in on the app, logged out on the web
Session handoff from the iOS app runs when you open the web surface from inside the app. If you navigated to the site in a browser directly, sign in there once — the account is the same, only the session is separate.
My rig or derived stats aren’t showing
- Check the field’s visibility in Settings — fields set to Studio are visible only to you, and that is the default for derived stats.
- Derived stats need activity to derive from. A new account with no sessions has nothing to compute yet.
- If you edited your rig and the public card looks stale, give it a moment and refresh — profile pages cache briefly.
Notifications are too much, or missing
Notification preferences live in Settings → Notifications, split by type, so you can keep replies and drop the rest. If you expected a notification and got nothing, check that the relevant type is on before assuming a bug.
Something else is broken
